Our little house for two to four people has its own driveway, its own terrace with a small pool (about 3m in diameter, plus a small children’s pool) and sea view. The port of Agia Galini is less than two kilometers away as the crow flies; due to the serpentines it takes about five minutes by car.

The completion of large house is scheduled for 2025. It will house a honeymoon suite on the upper floor, with its own secluded roof terrace for a boundless suntan, two bedrooms and two bathrooms and will provide a breathtaking sea-view.

On the ground floor, two apartments for two to four people each will be built, each of them with its own bathroom, one bedroom with a double-bed, another two sleeping places in the sofa bed in the living room. The picture is completed by a large eat-in kitchen and of course the large terrace with open air brick barbecue and clay oven – not to forget the large approx. 50sqm infinity-like pool plus children’s pool.

The entire project lives up to the motto “outdoor living” thanks to 300-330 days of sunshine Crete has to offer. If may happen to be cool or wet, there is at least one air conditioning on all floors.

An apartment on the ground floor is also handicapped-accessible and even suitable for wheelchair users. Well-behaved dogs of maximum medium size (max. two) are welcome on the ground floor. The entire property offers 1.2 m high fencing.

It is planned to plant fruit trees, some olive trees and herbs.
